More details about the LO Marketing System to be released tomorrow:

Here are some more details about the system. Again, sorry for not answering each e-mail we're getting, individually, but there's still loads of work to be done around here:

1. Yes, the program will be a system designed to attract people who are interested in refinancing their ARMs.

If you're thinking things like, "Yes, but these folks are hard to find... none of them are realistic about what they can and cannot get... and they are all suspect of LOs," then STOP thinking like this. See, there's an old business maxim that states, basically... "You get what you give." And it's true. When your only marketing tool is a bad sales letter that every other LO in America is using, you're going to get prospects that every other LO in America gets -- bottom of the barrel players.

You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, plain and simple.

Our system isn't like anything you've seen before, since most of the "selling" is done for you, and your marketing pre-screens and pre-qualifies who does and who does NOT respond to you.

2. Yes, the program, which will run for 6 months, includes both a live and very intense in-person 2-day training session with both of us, weekly communication, and a monthly call.

See, one of the biggest problems with any program is the lack of accountability.

You know, you go to a workshop or meeting and get all fired up, but by the time you get back to your office, you drop the ball because you've completely forgotten what you're supposed to do, or because other things come up. And since there's no accountability, there's no incentive to do anything, either. But because of all the frequent communication and opportunities to follow-up in this program, this is a non-issue here. You WILL be held accountable, and in fact, we don't want you to apply unless you're OK with that.

3. And "Yes!" your results WILL be guaranteed. In fact, you will have multiple assurances here, that make the program a no-lose situation for the 50 LOs who get in. You'll have income assurances as well as assurances that the program will be a complete turn-key system. I've worked with people in the past who've promised me "completeness," but when I got the materials, there was a lot of "fill in the blanks" I had to do. I was disappointed when this happened to me, and since we're the marketing experts and not you, it didn't seem fair to do to someone else, so "Yes," when we say turn-key, we mean turn-key!

To listen to the replays of these events, and to register for Tuesday night's final call where we go over the system, go to http://www.loturnaround.com/teleseminar right now, while this is fresh on your mind and before anything else comes up. There is no need to re-register if you are already signed up, so don't worry.

NOTE: If you register for the call, the handout will be sent to you later today, for sure.

Now go close some deals, Mike Miget & Craig Garber

P.S. After you listen to the 2 prior calls at http://www.loturnaround.com/teleseminar send us your comments and thoughts -- it's genuinely important to us to hear what you're thinking. Post them up on our blog here:

HI Mike and Craig,

Just a short note to say Thank You for sharing your ideas and knowledge regarding copywriting and the make-sense details that all ADs must have in order to get the "right" response.

For years I have been telling my collegue loan officers and peer real estate agents to pick a niche, specialize in something and tell everyone about it.

The ADs locally still make me laugh since everyone is trying to be "all things to all people".

I created a marketing piece with inspiration from the teleseminars and I would like to have you look at it (since I am the first comment here).

What do you say Craig? Would ya? What email address do you want me to send it to?

Thank you in advance, Frederic Din

I'm pretty psyched about the teleseminar tomorrow (today 1:19am). I am disappointed I can't get onto the site to replay and review the previous calls. The replay site must be crashed or something but it freezes up all evening. I got a similar response whene I tried to get the 30day free trial of the Sed Selling Newsletter.

Perhaps try to use a different browser -- the site's actually been up and running all day with no glitches. So has the kingofcopy site - we actually had our biggest new subscriber day ever. See you on the call. Craig

HI Craig & Mike,

I emailed you a marketing piece, a one page double sided sales letter for renters using inspiration from the teleseminars.

I know you're extremely busy however I would appreciate your review.
